Shipping & Returns

配送与退换

Free standard shipping on orders over $49 (before tax).
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours on business days and ship worldwide with tracking.
Estimated delivery time depends on destination and carrier; a tracking number is provided once dispatched.
Shipping fees and duties (if any) at checkout are shown before payment where applicable.

30-day no-questions returns: contact sales within 30 days of delivery for a return authorization.
Products carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Returned items should be in original packaging. Refunds are issued after inspection to the original payment method.
For bulk / wholesale (10+) orders, contact your sales representative for the applicable trade terms (MOQ, freight, Incoterms).
